Ruslan Baginskiy offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that personalized items and special collections may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Ruslan Baginskiy packaging and protective box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
